I was feeling under the weather, so my family picked up Beef Pho from here, and it is the best comfort food! I felt so much better after and will definitely be back.

Got here before they closed and I was easily seated. It was pretty busy which is always a good sign of a good pho place. The vibe was really cool & even ended up playing street fighter before we were seated. The service was amazing. They were offering to fill up water constantly and the little robots are so cute. Eventually ended up meeting the owner and he explained to my partner the process of making the bone broth. Super cool guy. Love this place ! I will be coming back !!!!!! My only complaint is that they don't have a location in LA ( where I live ) thank you again , the pho and service are amazing !!!!

We've been coming to Monster Pho since it opened, when their space was smaller and there were no robots delivering food. We took our daughter here for the first time recently and she loved it and pronounced it her new favorite restaurant. It's now in regular rotation and always delivers for our family. We love the chicken pho, imperial rolls, and Monster vermicelli combo. Ten years in, it's still the friendliest pho joint I've ever stepped foot in.

I took my (Vietnamese) parents here & they said the pho here was better than most places in San Jose. Not going to lie, it's more on the pricier side for pho but the portions are worth it and shareable. Service was wonderful. The owner (Tee) and staff were very helpful and hospitable. It's so cool to see the robots delivering the food to the table. They have merch, skittles machine, and popcorn machine. Lots of photo ops too. Items I would order again: imperial rolls (pork & shrimp) -- great filling and crispy! bánh xèo -- a classic and I can't believe this was an appetizer!! It's huge!! So good. monster pho combo -- holy moly the broth was so dang flavorful. Lots of meat and noodles. Bánh mì (beef and pork) had lots of filling and we got to mix match protein. I liked the beef one more. I just wished they used pate and Vietnamese mayo. Perhaps introducing the Vietnamese ham (cha)? I tried the vermicelli combo (bun thit nuong) and rice combo (com tam). I would stick to the pho cause the shrimp still had the shell and was slightly overcooked. Not a fan of the pork chops but that's just my preference. All the drinks I tried were a solid choice. Thai iced tea, vietnamese coffee (cold), and green monster iced tea. My dad's Vietnamese coffee was strong. Now onto the dessert, the banana with vanilla ice cream was such an interesting, yet cute presentation. Great pairing of the warm banana and cold ice cream. We also got the vietnamese coffee flan, it was jiggly and tasty! Only street parking but I was able to find parking residential and walk over. I'd come back if I was in the Oakland area or wanted some pho and banh xèo!!

The best pho in the Oakland area!! One thing that's really unique about Monster Pho is that they are a 100% peanut-free restaurant. As someone with a nut allergy themselves, this is super special because it takes away from the stress of having a potential allergic reaction through cross contamination! The service is absolutely amazing, everyone is so incredibly friendly and you'll catch them always greeting and having conversations with the many regulars that pop in. Drinks: Vietnamese Coffee Winter Melon Pandan Iced Tea Both drinks were fantastic and super refreshing! I love how strong the coffee was and how it wasn't super overpowered by the flavor of the condensed milk. Appetizers: Fresh Spring Rolls Imperial Rolls I'm a sucker for spring rolls and I LOVED how stuffed they were with fresh veggies, shrimp, and pork! You also can't go wrong with the fried rolls either, they're so crispy and perfect paired with lettuce and fish sauce. Mains: Monster Pho Combo Monster Vermicelli Combo Monster Green Combo All of their mains are great options but my favorite has to be their pho which has such an amazing depth in flavor. Dessert: Vietnamese Coffee Flan White Summer Loved both of the desserts, the perfect way to end the meal!

I love how Monster Pho is a 100% peanut-free Vietnamese restaurant. Not only they offer incredible Vietnamese cuisine, but also their service is amazing, everyone is so friendly and welcoming. I got Shrimp spring roll, Chicken wings, Banh mi with pork for appetizers. I love how the wings were so crispy and tasty. For the entree, I got Grilled pork vermicelli noodles and Grilled chicken rice plate. As a Vietnamese, I love my food very tasty and flavorful, and they exceeded my expectations. The grilled meat was perfectly seasoned and so flavorful. I also love their drinks Wintermelon Pandan Ice Tea, Sunset Passion Fruit Tea, and White Summer for desserts, everything was so refreshing, highly recommend!
